Very original list, with Captain Terro as the main figure.
There is a heavy command card disruption plan with spy cards, Thrawn, Agent Blaise, and Riot Troopers + Captain Terro + Escalating Hostility dishing out too much strain.
The list is also very resilient, with Riot Troopers being generally annoying to kill, backed up by Cross-Training's white die, Zillo Technique, Reinforcements, and possibly extra block tokens from Thrawn.
